Product Development has distributed Leeds City Council's quarterly newspaper,
About Leeds, since late-2006. With 328,000 households and a three-week distribution run, it's a tough job. But it's one PDC do exceptionally well. Our research shows their delivery record is excellent. We receive virtually no complaints from residents concerning non-deliveries. Further, complaints regarding delivery standards are minimal.
PDC's customer communication is also very good. I get detailed answers promptly on all queries. Leeds City Council are also impressed at the number of local people they employ to do this work. In short, I would recommend PDC highly.
